Golden State Nursery

In 1918 Golden State Nursery began operating at the former location of the Melrose Nursery at 1469 55th Avenue , Oakland. Golden State Nursery was run by Ishimaru and Sawai from 1924-1930. Ishimaru then opened the Ishimaru Nursery on E. 14th Street.
