The Shigio Nursery was listed at 2140 96th Ave., Oakland from 1910-1912 in the Oakland City Directory. It was operated by T. Mitoma in 1914. The address later changed to 9712 Sunnyside Street and the nursery became the Sunnyside Nursery.
